At Isekai District, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

 Return Conditions
1. **Eligibility for Returns**:
   - Items must be returned within 5 days from the date of delivery.
   - Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
   - Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. **Restocking Fee**:
   - All eligible returned items will incur a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

3. **Non-Returnable Items**:
   - Any items returned after 5 days from the date of delivery.
   - Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 Refund Process
1. **Initiate a Return**:
   - To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Isekaidistrict@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your item.
   - You will receive instructions on how to return your item and where to send it.

2. **Return Shipping**:
   - You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. **Inspection and Approval**:
   - Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
   - If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

4. **Restocking Fee Deduction**:
   - A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
