Pre-Order Policy

1. No Charge Until Shipment:

  • Customers will not be charged until the item is shipped. A valid credit card must be provided at the time of preorder, but no payment will be processed until the item is ready for shipment.

2. Full Refunds on Cancellations:

  • If a customer decides to cancel their preorder before the item is in stock, a full refund will be issued.

3. Restocking Fee:

  • Once the item is in stock, a 25% restocking fee will apply for any cancellations or returns.

4. Declined Payments:

  • If the credit card on file is declined, customers will have 3 business days to provide an alternative payment method. If no valid payment method is provided within this timeframe, the order will be cancelled.
